CLEANLINESS & CARE: – No outdoor shoes are permitted beyond the entrance hallway. You’re welcome to bring indoor slippers or use shoe covers. No sliders, please. – No food or drink in any room except the kitchen or dining area unless agreed in advance. – All equipment must have protective feet to avoid damage to the flooring. – If moving furniture, suitcases or gear, please lift them — do not drag — to protect the floors. – The piano cannot be moved under any circumstances. – All furniture must be returned to its original position before the end of your booking. BOOKING TIME & OCCUPANCY: – Your booked time includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly. – If you need extra time before or after your session, please let us know in advance. Additional time is chargeable. – For groups larger than 12 people, a £20 per hour surcharge applies for each additional person. – Maximum occupancy is 12 people unless otherwise agreed. – Your booking only covers the rooms agreed in advance. WASTE & DAMAGES: – All rubbish must be taken off-site at the end of the shoot. Bin bags can be provided if needed. – Please notify us immediately of any damages, spillages, or breakages. STRICTLY PROHIBITED: – No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including the balcony. – No pets. – No adult content is permitted under any circumstances. RESPECT THE SPACE: – Please treat the property with care and leave it as you found it. – Let us know in advance if you have any special requirements — we’re happy to help where we can.
