Additional Terms

The owners understands the requirements of a film crew. However, the floors are laminate wood and carpet and would mark fairly easily. No wet/muddy shoes anywhere indoors. Any walking on carpet on stairs and 1st floor requires either no shoes or cleaned soles. Rubber sole high heels are fine but stilettos would have to be assessed. No metal heels. Strictly no marks at all on the walls and furniture. The owner Stephen Perry understands the requirements of filming. He is a commercial photographer and shoots celebrities and stills for TV shows (www.stephenperry.com).
