Public Liability Insurance All of our bookers need public liability insurance (PLI) with a cover of a minimum of £1,000,000 to book our property. We may request evidence of this before a booking is confirmed. No Adult Entertainment The house is intended for family-friendly use only and strictly prohibits adult entertainment, including for filming purposes. No Smoking Please note that smoking is prohibited inside of Curlew Farmhouse. Parties and Social Gatherings Any small gathering or filming of such needs to be outlined when booking. No pets Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property. We appreciate your cooperation. Keys Please look after the house keys. Duplication of keys is strictly prohibited. If a key is lost, a fee will be incurred.
