1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within the premises. 2. No pets: We have a no-pet policy to ensure a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests. 3. Quiet hours: Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. 4. Shoes off: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the house to maintain cleanliness and preserve the flooring. 5. No dragging off cases of items across the flooring: to prevent scratching of the Amtico flooring. Additional Terms: 1. Liability: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and secure their personal belongings. 2. Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Any costs incurred for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly. 3. Shoot booking times: Please adhere to the designated arrival and departure times unless prior arrangements have been made. Late departures may incur additional charges. 4. Occupancy: Numbers are to be agreed with the host. Additional guests are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance. 5. Respect for the space: Please treat our space with care and respect. Any misuse or negligence that results in damage to the property or disturbances to the neighbors may lead to immediate termination of the booking.
