- No shoes anywhere in the house beyond the entrance hallway please. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring indoor slippers or shoe covers. - Please stick to the timings that you have booked the property for. If you want to access the property earlier than your start time or stay later than your finish time, we are very flexible but please inform us - extra time will be chargeable. - Please take all rubbish off site with you at the end of the shoot. Bin bags will be provided for you if needed. The household outside bins are not permitted to be used. - For attendees over 10, an extra £20 per hour is chargeable. - Please note that your booking covers the specific rooms agreed in advance. - Please ensure that all camera and lighting equipment has protective feet to avoid damage to the wood flooring. - If furniture, equipment or suitcases need to be moved, we would appreciate for them to be lifted (not dragged) in order to protect the wood flooring. - The gallery wall in the kitchen/living space is not to be taken down. - No food or drink in any room except for the kitchen diner unless agreed in advance. - Please inform us as soon as possible if any breakages, spillages or damages happen. - Please leave the house as you found it. **Please check availability before booking** Thank you very much and we look forward to hosting you.
