Located on the effervescent Chatsworth Road, this ground floor property lies in the midst of many surrounding amenities yet provides a cosy and quiet retreat from the bustle of the street.

The front door opens to the guest room on the left and a small entrance area to the right. Ahead lies an open plan kitchen. Opposite the sofa there is a door leading to a small decked terrace area.
 
The property comprises of high ceilings and large windows throughout.
The living room has a 3-seater sofa with a cashmere blanket and a matching pouf by the window.
A 50” TV and a Marshall Stanmore speaker which you can connect to via Bluetooth to play your music.
The bedroom has a double bed with linen bedding. A small wardrobe and dressing table with drawers and a mirror. The Himalayan Salt Lamp adds a warming glow to the room to make it feel even cosier. There’s a small vinyl player in here also.
 
The bathroom is quaint in midnight blue with a claw foot bath and an overhead shower.
