We want your shoot or event to run smoothly, so a few things to keep in mind: · Please stick to the timings you have booked. We are flexible on earlier access or later finishes where possible, but this needs to be agreed in advance so we can plan around other bookings. · One parking bay is included. For additional vehicles, use the ANPR-managed building parking with a 30-minute drop-off window, or local on-street parking. Let us know your load-in needs in advance. · Deliveries and vehicles must observe the 3m height restriction at the courtyard gate. Please check clearance before booking transport. · No smoking anywhere on the premises. · The studio, appliances, props and tableware are here for you to use freely. We just ask that you treat the space and equipment with care and leave the kitchens broadly as you found them. End-of-booking cleaning is included; excessive mess, damage or breakages may be charged. · Productions should bring their own primary lighting, cameras and grip. Power, space and rigging are set up to support that. · For anything bespoke, such as multi-day bookings, catering, food styling or workshop set-up, message us before booking and we will sort the detail.
