Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially before 8am and after 8pm. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times. Furniture & Fixtures Furniture, artwork, and fittings must not be moved, removed, or altered without permission. No drilling, fixing, painting, or adhesive use on walls, floors, or surfaces. Protection of Surfaces Floors, worktops, and high-traffic areas must be protected where equipment is used. Any damage will be charged. Lighting & Power Please use agreed power sources only. No overloading sockets. Kitchen & Bathroom Use Kitchen and bathroom use is permitted for crew only as agreed. Please leave all areas clean and tidy after use. Food & Drink No red wine, oily foods, or hot drinks near soft furnishings, artwork, or electronics. Smoking & Substances No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere inside the property. Pets No animals to be brought onto the property. Security Doors and windows must be kept secure at all times. The property must never be left unattended while unlocked. End of Day Reset The property must be returned to its original condition at the end of each day, including furniture placement and cleanliness. Insurance & Liability Valid public liability insurance is required. Production is responsible for any loss or damage during the hire period.
