Welcome to our location house De Beauvoir Home! We hope that you have an enjoyable and productive day. Below are some considerations we have put together to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible and to minimise the risk of damage to our property. Thankyou in advance for familiarising yourselves with these before the date of your shoot. All damages will be charged to client. As this is a young family home, please bare in mind access will not be granted more than 10 minutes prior to start of an AM booking time (as we will likely be on the school run) You are very welcome to wait in the front garden! Please make sure the front door is never left open unattended or for any extended period of time to keep the property secure. Please do not shoot any imagery of the outside of the front of the house, front garden or hallway to maintain our family’s privacy. No smoking inside the house or garden. No outside shoes inside the property except new worn by models. Shoe covers will be provided. All eating and drinking to be restricted to the lower ground floor area. No food or drink in the Double Reception at all please! Please do not light any of the owners candles, if lighting your own please ask permission first, ensure they are on a heat resistant surface and stay attended while lit! Artwork: We have artwork on display of which some is of value, please treat with care and do not touch or move any without owners permission. Furniture: Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag! Ball feet marble coffee table can not be moved. Please be careful of all marble in the property. Do not place drinks directly on it, or use any spray cleaners other than specialist one provided. Unfortunately acidic cleaners, coffee, wine, lemon juice etc will damage the surfaces. No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things to walls, by any means. Please ensure that all floors, carpeted areas, surfaces and upholstered items are suitably protected so as not to cause damage. Protective feet/covers should be used on all equipment and props to protect all floors and surfaces within the property. Please do not disconnect the TV and media units. Please ask the owner. A Sonos Move Bluetooth Speaker will be available for use. We ask that all noise and music is kept to a respectful level as we are in close proximity to our neighbours. Please ensure that before you leave everything is returned to its original position in the house and it is left clean and tidy. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed. All rubbish that amounts to more than 1/2 a bin bag to be taken away with you please. You are welcome to leave 1 full bin bag of recycling. Please report any damages to the location owner as soon as they happen. Please ensure the Production Manager/Shoot lead is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk around with the Location with the owner in order to jointly approve the state of the return of the property. Please request Overtime asap, this will need to be agreed by the owner on a case by case basis. Overtime will be charged at the agreed hourly rate. No overtime past 7pm will be allowed as this is a young family home. if overtime has not been agreed please vacate the property promptly at the end of your hire. Thankyou so much!
