Additional Terms
All decoration to remain as it is. Pictures can be taken down, and others put up in the same place, but no nails or screws added. Nothing to be stuck with tape or Blutac to any walls. Audio equipment (record player, amp and speakers) can't be touched without prior arrangement. No animals to be brought on site (we have two cats), no smoking or vaping inside, no eating or drinking on carpeted or rugged areas. Large furniture to remain in existing rooms. All waste to be taken with you.
