Just to be careful nothing is broken. And not too noisy to respect our neighbours. Pls take your shoes off if you go upstairs or wear shoe protectors. Don't lean on furniture or move furniture around without asking. Particularly the l-shaped sofa as it will scratch the floor. No smoking at all in the house or garden. Pls don't move any artwork unless you ask permission first. Pls don't use items in the kitchen like plates, forks, glasses etc you need to bring your own. Pls don't open any cupboards or wardrobes.
