Note - Host is on site during your booking - Shoes to be taken off - Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside - No fake tan - Makeup, if worn must not touch or rub against any fabrics (sofa, bed, cushions etc) or walls - Dark jeans / colours not permitted on sofa - No alcohol to be consumed - Please bring water bottles to fill up - host does not provide glassware - The kitchen is not to be used for cooking - No food to be consumed unless otherwise agreed with host - Drawers and cupboards must not be opened - Music must be at a level which does not disturb owner or neighbours. If you are asked to turn it down you must respect this - Late arrivals will not be given extra time for free - If you are more than an half an hour late without making contact, the host is under no obligation to accommodate the booking and you will not be refunded - Your booking length must accommodate set up and tidy up time. You will not be allowed to arrive early or stay late to do either of these - Nudity respected but not permitted on terrace. Bikini /underwear shoots are welcome on terrace. Nude &/ or underwear / bikini shoots MUST be stipulated in booking notes. If this is not adhered to you will be asked to leave and not refunded, with feedback shared on your Scouty profile - You are responsible for any breakages or damage and compensation will be pursued
