To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions when using our podcast studio: Booking & Payment Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once the full payment or a deposit (as agreed) has been received. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund or reschedule option. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Overtime Charges: Any use of the studio beyond the booked time will incur additional charges. Studio Usage Arrival & Departure: Please adhere to your scheduled booking time. Setup and breakdown must be completed within the booked time. Equipment Handling: All equipment must be used responsibly. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the renter and may incur repair or replacement costs. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, illegal activities, or the use of substances are strictly prohibited in the studio. Content & Rights Content Responsibility: Renters are fully responsible for the content they produce in the studio and must ensure compliance with all copyright, trademark, and legal requirements. Studio Branding: Any use of AARA Creative Studios’ branding must be pre-approved. Health & Safety Studio Capacity: A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the podcast studio at any given time. Cleanliness: Renters are required to leave the studio in the same condition as it was provided. Cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in poor condition. COVID-19 Guidelines: Follow all health guidelines, including mask use and sanitization, as applicable. Liability Personal Belongings: AARA Creative Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Damage: Renters are liable for any damage to the studio, equipment, or facilities caused during their booking. Other Right to Refuse Service: AARA Creative Studios reserves the right to refuse service or bookings at its discretion. Changes to Terms: These terms are subject to change, and renters are encouraged to review them prior to each booking.
