1) Arrive on time or no more than 15 minutes before your booking in order for you to get settled without having to rush. You only have the time slot you have booked. Reschedule 24hrs before your agreed start time - *Contact us directly*. 2) Only individuals recording are permitted onsite. Any additional individuals that are not recording will be turned away, if not agreed with staff 48 hours before booking start time. 3) Please read our full terms & conditions, especially before booking/arriving at the studio. You are agreeing to our policies when doing business with us. 4) We are happy to answer questions, however we ask that you respect policies set by Haven Talks Studios as they are non-negotiable. 5) Our prices are also non-negotiable. Our price list can be found on our website. Any/all bespoke prices for bespoke services discussed with staff are non-negotiable. 6) Any changes to the number of people recording should be provided 2 hours before booking start time, otherwise there is a risk of set changes being made during your booking time slot - This does not extend the duration of your booking. 7) Any changes to the set will be carried out by staff during your slot if you are having a split booking. Do not touch equipment or move furniture. 8) Download your content via DropBox within 7 days of receipt using the link sent to you via email. We do not hold content for longer than 7 days. If you have any *technical issues*, you must let us know within the 7 day period. 9) Breach of policy may result in immediate cancellation of your booking and you will not receive a refund if outside of booking grace period. 10) Standard reels/audiograms cannot be upgraded to a premium service if the standard reel/audiogram has already been transferred.
