Grade II 17th Century timber framed farmhouse with modern extension

We kindly ask all guests and production teams to respect our home and follow these house rules during their visit. Books and decorative items: Books may be used as props, but please return them to their original positions on the shelves. Any furniture or decorative items moved during the shoot must also be returned to where they were found. Cats: We have resident cats at the property. Please ensure they are not allowed into the rest of the main house or upstairs. Doors separating these areas must be kept closed. Garden gate: The garden gate leading onto the lane must remain securely closed. Care of the property: Please treat the house, furniture, artwork and architectural features with care. Any proposed rearrangement of furniture or equipment should be agreed in advance. Shoes and equipment: Please take care when bringing equipment into the house, particularly around delicate flooring, walls and furniture. Protective coverings should be used where appropriate. Garden and grounds: Please respect the planting, lawns, fish pond and surrounding landscape. Equipment should not be placed in planted areas without prior permission. Driveway access and apple tree: The entrance driveway from the lane passes close to an old apple tree. Extra care must be taken when entering and leaving the property, particularly with larger vehicles and production equipment. Please drive slowly and ensure that vehicles do not damage the tree, its branches or surrounding ground. Noise and neighbours: Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly when working outside. Cleaning and rubbish: The property should be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish, equipment and personal belongings removed at the end of the booking. Restricted areas: Please only use areas of the house and grounds agreed as part of the booking. Private or restricted spaces are not accessible without prior permission. End of shoot: Please ensure all furniture, books and accessories are returned to their original positions, and all doors and gates are securely closed before leaving.
