Hello and Welcome! We are excited to host your production in our character Victorian flat. To ensure a smooth, safe, and successful shoot day for everyone, please ensure all crew members follow these rules: -🚪 Arrival & AccessOn-Site Host: A host will be present in the flat to open the door, check your credentials, answer questions, and assist you throughout the day. - Booked Hours: Setup and pack-down ("strike") must be completed strictly within your booked hours. Early arrivals or late departures will be billed at our standard hourly overtime rate. -👟 Floor Protection (Strictly Enforced)Shoe Covers Required: To protect our original restored timber flooring and carpets, all crew members must wear shoe covers (blue booties) while inside the property.Heavy Equipment: All light stands, tripods, and heavy equipment must have rubber feet, tennis balls, or layout board underneath them. No dragging of equipment across the floors is permitted. -🛋️ Furniture & Property ModificationsPrior Approval Only: Please ask the host before moving any furniture, changing layouts, or unplugging any items.Walls & Fixtures: No taping, nailing, or drilling into the walls or fixtures without explicit prior consent from the host. -Resetting the Space: Everything must be returned to its exact original position at the end of the booking. -🎸 Music Studio EquipmentHands-Off Policy: The musical instruments and studio recording equipment in the dining room are delicate. Crew members are strictly prohibited from touching, playing, or moving the music gear unless it has been explicitly agreed upon as a prop for the shoot in advance. -🤫 Neighbours & SoundCommunity Respect: This flat is located in a vibrant residential neighborhood. Please keep noise levels, music, and shouting to a respectful level when loading equipment in the front and rear gardens. -🚮 Waste & CleaningLeave No Trace: Production is responsible for collecting and removing all their own rubbish and catering waste from the property at the end of the day.
