**House Rules & Additional Terms** Respect the property: The apartment must be treated with care. All furniture, artwork, accessories and decorative items must remain in their original positions unless prior permission has been obtained. Capacity: The number of people attending must be agreed in advance. Any additional crew, talent or visitors must be approved before arrival. Furniture and styling: No furniture may be moved, and no items may be attached to walls, ceilings or furnishings, without prior approval. Protection of interiors: No shoes on delicate surfaces where requested. Equipment, lighting stands and props must be handled carefully to avoid damage to floors, walls and furnishings. No smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. No parties or unapproved activities: The space is available only for the agreed photography, filming or production purpose. Noise: Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, with consideration for neighbouring residents. No loud music or disruptive activity is permitted. Kitchen and bathrooms: These facilities must be left clean and tidy after use. Terrace: Use of the private terrace must be agreed in advance, and all safety precautions must be followed. Access and timing: Setup, shooting and breakdown must take place within the agreed booking hours. Any extension must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges. Damage and cleaning: The property must be returned in its original condition. Any damage, excessive mess or additional cleaning required as a result of the booking may be charged to the hirer, subject to the booking terms. Commercial use: The property may only be used for the purpose declared at the time of booking. Any change in use, including additional filming or commercial activities, requires prior approval.
