Industrial Studio Warehouse

Our regular operating hours are 8am to 7pm. Bookings outside those hours are possible but maybe subject to additional charges. Productions for up to 12 people. Anything larger - please ask. We have a 3h minimum hire and rates may vary depended on shoot type and conditions. Discounts offered for bookings of 1 full day or more. For Shoots 4hrs or more an/or teams 8 and more we require a £250 damage deposit, fully returnable if no damages. We will send you a request for this after your booking is confirmed. Please do not make a booking request unless you are prepared to pay this. No smoking or alcohol on set. No shooting in communal areas outside studio (unless discussed beforehand). No smoke machines unless water based (no glycol). No excessive noise like screaming, loud music playback Please ask for assistance when moving large items, we will assist. Studio must be left as found unless previously agreed Please remove all rubbish from site at the end of the day - there are bins in the driveway for a reasonable amount of waste
