• Do not enter private areas – these will be clearly marked on the doors. • No use of communal areas except for access only, please do not leave any equipment in the corridors or courtyard. • Please ensure that the kitchen worktop is protected if in use • Please use tennis balls for stands to protect the floor • If needed to remove any artwork, please ensure the pieces are stored safely for the duration of the shoot and put back again at the end of the day. • When loading in and out, please do so with respect to other neighbours. • No unlawful behaviour. • No smoking is allowed inside the building or in the courtyard – please smoke outside of the property boundary. • If DJ equipment is to be used, this needs prior agreement with the owner and the client via email. • Please return all furniture and props to their original position before finishing for the day. • After the shoot, the crew are responsible for the removal of any litter. • Do not leave unwanted items in any communal spaces. • Lost property will be kept at the studio for a maximum of one week unless claimed and collection arranged. • Permanent damage and/or stolen studio belongings will be charged at our discretion.
