House Rules / Additional Terms • Insurance must be provided by the production. • No parties or private events – the space is available for shoots only. • Maximum capacity: 25 people. • No rigging on walls or ceilings. • The green accent wall may be painted but must be returned to its original colour. • Furniture/artwork can be moved but must be restored exactly as found. • No food prep or liquids on the concrete counters (use the wooden island). • Smoking permitted only in the communal garden. • Noise must be kept reasonable out of respect for neighbours. • Haze/smoke machines only with prior approval. • Hours: 8am–8pm unless agreed in advance. • Overtime, set builds or overnight storage must be agreed prior to booking.
