1. Cancellation Policy Lead time required for full refunds. Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before shoot. Late cancelations a 50% refund if cancelled within 3–7 days. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours. 2. Max Crew Size Maximum crew size: 10 people, No more than 3 vehicles at any time. 3. Access & Restricted Areas Crew may use kitchen, living room, master bedroom, bathroom and terrace and garden. Childs bedroom, utility room, hall cupboard and home office are private. 4. Timings & Noise Setup can begin from 8 AM, wrap by 6 PM. No loud music. 5. Furniture & Decorations Furniture may be moved with prior approval. Please handle with care; any damage will be billed separately. 6. Cleaning & Restoration Production must leave the property in its original condition. Cleaning fee applies otherwise. 7. Insurance & Deposits A refundable deposit of £1000 is required. Proof of insurance must be provided by the production team. 8. Neighbourly Considerations Please avoid blocking neighbor driveways. 10.
