Mid Century 1960's house in Woodland

Our hourly fee's start at £90 an hour for a small crew, maximum of 4 people. Larger crew's will be negotiated accordingly. Overtime, which is hours after 6am and hours before 9am is a higher rate. We live on a quite private residential street, we have very nice neighbours and we ask you respect their space by keeping noise on the street. No loitering, talking loudly on mobiles, or using the outside areas as a space for crew to hang out. We have two cats, we ask that you don't try to pick them up as this will sacre them away, if they want to say hello they will. Please remove shoes when walking on carpet or rugs. Please protect flooring - Lift, don't drag furniture or equipment. We have a reclaimed parquet flooring and any scratches will need to be repaired. Please let us know of any damages or breakages as soon as they occur. No drilling into the walls / hanging pictures with nails / using masking tape, cellotape or gaffer without peior discussion. Any damages to plaster work will require the stretch of the wall to be re plastered by a professional. We won't accept damage to be 'made good' leaving any kind of visible mark. Any company or individuals hiring the space will need to show proof of insurance.
