Fee: From £100 per hour, subject to crew size and type of shoot which may affect hourly rate. Negotiable. Hours: 9am-6pm (will consider extensions on request). Days: Weekdays only (weekends by special arrangement). Jobs: Will accept photo shoots and small scale filming (no generators or large trucks). Crew size: Max 20. Smoking: No smoking permitted in the house, garden or public pavement. Please only smoke outside the front door in the designated area. Food & Drink: Please only eat and drink in the kitchen. Mobile Phone Calls: Please respect the neighbours/public and do not congregate on the pavement using your mobile. Shoes: No shoes in the house please. Please remove by the front door prior to entry or wear shoe protectors (which will be provided). Drop-off’s/Pick-up’s: Please do not block the main road. There is a private driveway opposite the house where cars could pull into for drop-offs. Uber Pick-up’s: Please do not order Uber to pick up directly outside the house, ask them to pick up outside Tesco Express (1-5 Croxted Rd, Dulwich, London SE21 8SZ). Decorating: No decorating allowed. Furniture: Please be careful moving the furniture, particularly in the kitchen as the floor marks easily. Art: Please ask before moving any artwork. Animals: No animals permitted. Rubbish: Please leave the house as you found it and take all rubbish away with you at the end of a shoot.
