Colourful, eclectic, spacious Edwardian family home in South East London with large driveway

This is our home, please respect the space as if it was yours! :) – Overtime charged at 1.5X the hourly rate – Setting up/packing away/clearing up time is chargeable so please account for this when you book. This is our family home and we need to have sole and full access on and from the booking end time. We will consider changes to booking times but requests must be made at a least 48 hours before the hire. We will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please note that this does not apply to cancellations which can only be made with 7 days notice in accordance with the terms and conditions. – Leave it as you found it: We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the house in the same condition as you found it. Please take care of the furniture, decorations, and equipment during your shoot to ensure everything remains in its original state. – We always do a "walk around" at the end of the hire with the person responsible for making the booking. This is to check that everything has been left in good order. This is standard in the industry and is not intended to offend anyone. Renter is liable for any damages that might occur – Please lift furniture to move it, do not drag to avoid damage to the floors. Some items are fragile so please check at the start of your shoot. If you move anything then please put furniture and accessories back to original position. – Children’s bedrooms are off limits – No smoking in the house or garden – Keep noise levels to a minimum in and out especially when using the garden. – No tape or pins/nails of any kind to be used on the walls or doors, command strips only. – Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked at the end of the hire.
