Rules - no outdoor shoes to be worn inside unless agreed prior to booking - no crockery, cutlery, glassware or cooking appliances can be used unless agreed prior to booking - this booking will only include use of the ground floor rooms unless otherwise agreed - furniture can only be moved with prior consent - don't let the cats out the front of the house (very friendly and mostly keep to themselves) Terms - any parking permits will be charged as an overage via separate invoice unless agreed as included within booking - any run overs outside of the booking times will be charged at £150 per hour and invoiced separately - any repair required for damage or breakages will be charged via invoice
