House Rules & Additional Terms To ensure a smooth and professional shoot, please review the following rules and terms before booking: General Rules:     •    All bookings must be made in advance, and shoot details should be confirmed prior to arrival.     •    The space must be left clean and in its original condition. Any damages will be charged at cost.     •    No smoking, vaping, or open flames (we allow use of candles) inside the property.     •    No excessive noise - this is a residential area, so please respect our neighbors.     •    The space is for shooting purposes only—no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.     •    No moving or rearranging large furniture without prior approval.     •    Any use of props, large equipment, or special effects (e.g., smoke machines) must be agreed upon in advance. Kitchen Use:     •    The Lofra range cooker is fully functional and available for use on request, but must be cleaned after use.     •    Any spills on the real Calacatta Viola marble must be cleaned immediately to prevent staining.     •    If using the fridge/freezer, please remove all items at the end of your shoot. Outdoor Use:     •    The garden is available for shoots, but please avoid damaging plants or outdoor furniture.     •    No access to neighboring properties or shared outdoor spaces. Animals & Pets:     •    Pets may be permitted for shoots but must be approved beforehand.     •    Any pet-related mess must be cleaned immediately. Crew & Time Management:     •    Please include all crew and talent in your booking request—additional guests may be denied entry.     •    Setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking duration.     •    Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments. Damage & Liability:     •    The person booking is fully responsible for any damages to furniture, flooring (protective covers must be used if shooting with heels), or finishes.     •    Please use protective coverings if bringing heavy equipment.     •    Any spills, marks, or breakages must be reported immediately. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to comply with these terms. Failure to follow the house rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
