Availability: Production crew can view and can film with prior arrangement. Here are the house rules. Please note a fee will be applied if house rules are not followed. General rules ● No shoes to be worn indoors except for cast/models. Please use indoor slippers or shoe coverings instead. ● No smoking inside the house or in the gardens. Please use the driveway if you wish to smoke and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. ● All eating and drinking to be restricted to the kitchen area. ● The owner has provided crockery, cutlery, coffee and tea making facilities and milk for the crew’s use. Please do not use other household appliances, crockery, glassware, and cutlery without the owner's permission. ● Please ensure that before you leave everything is returned to its original position in the house and it is left clean and tidy. ● If you need to move the owner's objects around, please photograph the objects in their original place before moving. Please return the object in its original position using the photograph as your guide. ● Please take all rubbish with you. ● Please do not access the office without owner permission. ● Please report any damages to the location owner ● Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk around with the Location Owner in order to jointly approve the put back of the location. Protecting the floors and surfaces ● Protective covers should be used on high heels to protect all floors and surfaces within the property. ● Protective covers such as a tennis ball should be used on high heels, camera stands or any heavy camera equipment to protect all floors and surfaces within the property. ● Please ensure that all floors, carpeted areas and upholstered items are suitably protected so as not to cause damage. ● Please ask permission from owner if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift furniture. Do not drag furniture. Please do not place owner’s furniture outside the house. ● No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things into walls by any means. Using the kitchen ● The marble kitchen top stains easily. Please take care not to spill liquids or food on it. If there is a spill, please wipe it off quickly with cloth and water only. ● Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces, they are made of marble and acidic cleaners or lemon juice will cause marks. ● The kitchen floor cannot be left damp. Please mop off any liquid on the floor. Using the sitting areas ● Please do not disconnect the TV and media units. Please ask the owner. ● Sofa needs to be covered if used. And no food, liquids or body make up on the sofa. Using the bedrooms ● Covers to be placed on all beds when using the bedrooms. If using the beds for filming/shooting, please may the production team provide and use their own bedsheets Using the gym - please do not use the equipment, do not unplug or move gym equipment without permission from owner.
