Modern 4 bedroom house in Sidcup, very close to Foots Cray Meadows

I will always try to accommodate your requests as best I can and expect the same in return. If there is anything you need to use or move please please seek prior arrangement. Please respect my neighbours by keeping all equipment on the drive, in the house or in the garden as the pavement outside is quite narrow. My floors can be prone to scratches so protective mats or pads are essential. No shoes allowed at all on the carpeted areas upstairs and no heels down stairs. This is a smoke free household but vapes get a pass! If you must smoke cigarettes, please do so in the garden and please dispose of the butts in an ashtray which I will provide. Please eat and drink in the kitchen area or garden only, no food allowed upstairs. I can provide disposable plates, cups and cutlery. I'd be grateful if you could take all rubbish with you and leave the house as you would expect to find it.
