No smoking on the property (inside or outside) No parties Footwear must be removed when entering the building, personal indoor footwear can be worn. Equipment must be used with adequate protection (mats or tennis balls) to prevent any scratches or damage to floors. Equipment/furniture/prop lists to be agreed prior to booking. No Filming permitted unless agreed. Food drink to be eaten in Kitchen/dining area or outside only. Kitchen worktop, bar worktop and the coffee table are all quite porous & stain easily - please wipe up any spillage immediately. No glassware outside, on the sun terrace or anywhere near the pool. Please do not use any gaffer / duct tape inside as it will damage surfaces/walls/windows. Only decorator’s masking tape allowed. No fixtures and fittings, e.g. curtains/lighting to be altered unless the prior approval of the owner has been given. All the internal/external furniture can be moved but please lift - do not drag The location must be left clean and tidy and as you found it. Rubbish - we have a domestic fortnightly rubbish/recycling collection and can only accommodate a bin bag of waste and recycling. Please arrange alternative collection for anything larger. We have domestic 13amp power. If you require a generator this needs to be agreed prior to booking. Overtime is charged at 1.5× the hourly rate and is billed in full-hour increments. A 15-minute grace period is allowed after the end of the booked time. If the space is not vacated within this window, overtime charges will apply. Overtime is subject to availability and must be approved in advance where possible.
