CLEANING FEE: £100 will be added to booking fee. HOUSE RULES No smoking inside the venue. NO DRUGS OF ANY FORM Protective shoe covers worn by all crew- talent must have shoes tapped and heels protectors on No climbing or leaning things against the Rock Wall Please lift rather than drag any furniture, props or equipment and protective coverings should be used for ALL equipment. ROTATING PLATFORM: additional hire fee for use of this- Only one designated person will be able to operate the rotating motorised platform (PLEASE ENSURE TO SIGN THE INSTRUCTION AND DISCLAIMER DOCUMENT FOR THIS) BATH - please ask permission to use this. Water must be fully emptied before the end of your hire (ask for instructions on this during walk through). Towels are not provided- you must bring your own. Take care not to scratch or damage bath. If the bath is not fully emptied you may incur an overtime charge. NO SHOES TO BE WORN IN BATH!! MODULAR SOFA: Please use the protective floor covering when moving the modular sofas CURTAINS: to remove the curtains OR add your own please discuss with the owner ahead of the production KITCHEN ISLAND: The kitchen island is on wheels and has a 20 meter cable for the hob, so it can be repositioned anywhere in the studio- please do ask permission to move this from the owner To reposition the rotating platform please request permission from the owner ahead of the production. All crew eating and drinking to be restricted to the crew areas. NO CREW FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN OTHER PARTS OF THE STUDIO Absolutely no decorating allowed without prior consent, including drilling or attaching things to the walls. Please put all furniture, lights etc back into the the original position (if anything is moved during the shoot) Only use the specific spray cleaners for the kitchen coiners (no harsh chemicals) Special care to be taken not to scratch the kitchen hob DO NOT REMOVE LIGHT BULBS WITHOUT PERMISSION- If they do ned to be replaced please put them back. All furniture, lamps, plants etc must be put back in their original position/ please allow for time to do this before the end of your hire time…. Failure to do so will result in overtime being charged. All dishes/glasses/cups etc should be cleaned, dried and put away. NO CANDLES OR NAKED FLAMES! Please inform the owner/location manager at least 40 mins before the end of your booking if you require overtime Please respect the space and be mindful not to cause any damage, all furniture is either bespoke made for the studio or vintage so care should be taken. In the unfortunate situation any damage is caused, report this to the location owner immediately. ALL DAMAGE MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL Please ensure that the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk-around with a representative of the studio to jointly sign off that the space has been returned to its original state. Please notify all crew of the rules Please remember to tidy up after yourselves, put furniture back into position, carefully dispose of any rubbish and respect the owners premises. Thank you.
