Neon Jungle - Warehouse Style Apartment

- Outside catering is allowed. - Smoking area is outside on the green terrace only - An ash tray will be provided. - No fires/naked flames indoors. - No amplified instruments. - No pre-recorded music before 8am. - Pre 7am & Post 7pm bookings we request noise to be kept to a minimum in respect for our neighbours. - Stilettos are allowed, but not for dancing in music videos, as sadly it damages the wood flooring. Guest can bring floor protection if this is necessary. - Decorations are allowed, we just ask you don't use Duct tape anywhere, and you don't tie, tape or blue-tac on the neons or wallpaper. - Alcohol is allowed, we just ask to refrain from drinking close to the couches and bed. - Nudity - We embrace artistic expression and are open to the inclusion of nudity within the context of artistic or commercial work. However, for the comfort and respect of all parties involved, we kindly request that explicit sexual activities be excluded from your shoot. - Suggested crew of around 15 people. Would suggest a recce, but could fit more if you are happy.
