- Damage deposit of £2,500 required, refunded within 5 working days of the shoot subject to a walkthrough. - Valid public liability insurance required, certificate to be provided before the shoot date. - Floor and surface protection is mandatory. Bring dust sheets, floor runners and corner protection. Shoes off or shoe covers upstairs. - Nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings or joinery. No drilling, screws, nails, adhesives, gaffer tape or command strips on any painted or bespoke surface. - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the garden. - No naked flame, candles, smoke machines, pyrotechnics or cooking oil on set without prior written agreement. - No water or wet work in the kitchen or bathrooms beyond normal use, without prior agreement. - Furniture may be moved with prior agreement, and must be lifted rather than dragged and returned to its original position. Photograph rooms on arrival. - No redecoration, painting or alteration of any kind. - Booked hours include setup and de-rig. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments. - Crew numbers to be confirmed in advance and not exceeded. Access is limited to the agreed areas only. - This is a quiet residential street. Keep noise, engines and parking considerate. - No blocking neighbours' driveways. - Leave the property as found. Remove all rubbish, food waste and equipment. - Excess cleaning charged at cost. - No pets, no parties, no events, no overnight stays. - Any damage, however minor, must be reported before you leave. Undisclosed damage will be charged in full from the deposit.
