No pets allowed No smoking inside If you use plates or cutlery please clean them up and at least place into dishwasher Take your rubbish to the bin located out the front in the black bin store No shoes to be worn inside. Please respect this is our house and we have wooden floors and a carpet runner on the stairs. No muddy shoes. Please do not leave the front door open. When bringing in materials please make sure these are carried in and not rolled in as people have done this in the past and scratched the floors. Some bash matts will be put down to provide walk ways
