<3 No shoes allowed on the rug or furniture. The talent can wear shoes while shooting, but the bottoms must be cleaned. If this rule is ignored, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200. <3 No Smoking inside the building <3 No filming or hanging out in the hallways or common areas <3 All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will start to accrue 15 min after your booking time has ended.
