-No cleaning fee will be charged if space is left in the condition it was found. If not, there will be a $150 cleaning fee added to your rental. -No glitter or confetti allowed on-site. -A minimum of 150.00 will be charged for oversized trash, construction debris and or loads exceeding the capacity of (1) 2yd roll away trash bin. - Rental day begins at first crew member’s entry and ends when last crew member exits location. -Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Stage Manager, you will be charged at the hourly rate, in 30 minute increments, for the time your team stays past your scheduled out time. -We do not refund unused time, if your team leaves before your scheduled out time.
