Access time is the same as hire time. TV Screen is included. Self-serve normal teas & instant coffee, and water available in the kitchen Whiteboard & Flipcharts available for hire upon request. Toilets available. We take a refundable damage deposit of £250 (no VAT) before the hire for every filming/photography booking. It will be fully refunded after the hire if no damage was made or any overrun. No fixings to be made to the walls. Noise to be kept at ambient levels during hire of the venue. No open flames. No smoking or vaping anywhere at the venue or in the garden No loud music. CANCELLATION FEES Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
