No fixings to be made to the walls Noise to be kept at ambient levels during hire of the space No open flames No smoking anywhere at the venue, including the courtyard No loud music // Minimum number of hours for weekday booking: 2 hours between 8am to 6pm. Early or late access could be considered upon request. Please contact for weekend or long-term hire in advance. We'd take a refundable damage deposit £300 (no VAT) prior to the hire for every booking. It will be fully refunded after the hire if no damage was made nor any overrun.
