• All lighting stands, tripods and other equipment must have rubber feet/tennis balls or suitable floor protection to prevent scratching or damage. • Protective floor covering to be used where required, particularly during equipment load-in/out. • Furniture and décor may be moved with prior agreement and must be returned to its original position at the end of the shoot. • Please do not attach anything to walls, ceilings or furniture without prior agreement. Any tape used must be low-tack and surface safe. • No smoking or vaping inside the property. • No parties or private events – the property is available for professional filming and photography only. • Crew size, timings and use of equipment to be agreed in advance. • Overtime must be agreed and will be charged separately. • Any breakages or damage must be reported immediately. • Please be considerate of neighbours, particularly when loading/unloading and when filming outside.
