Rental Option: • Full Day Only: 11 AM – 6 PM (£700 per day). • Flexible Hours: Extended hours or earlier access can be arranged upon request—please discuss this in advance. • Price includes electricity and cleaning services. House Rules: 1. Setup and Cleanup: • You may arrive 30 minutes before the rental period to set up. • All equipment and furniture must be returned to their original positions by the end of the rental period. 2. Studio Usage: • The space is ideal for filming, photography, and other creative projects. • Please respect the studio and handle all equipment and furniture with care. • No unauthorized modifications, such as painting or drilling, are allowed. 3. Damage Policy: • Any damage to the studio, equipment, or furniture during the rental period will be the renter’s responsibility. • A security deposit may be required for certain bookings. 4. Noise Levels: • The studio is located in a professional environment. Please keep noise to a respectful level to avoid disturbing neighbors. 5. Capacity: • Maximum capacity must be discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure the space is used safely and comfortably. 6. Waste Management: • All waste and props must be removed by the renter at the end of the rental period. • The studio provides cleaning services, but renters are required to leave the space tidy. 7. Booking Changes: • Any schedule changes or cancellations must be communicated immediately. • Late cancellations may incur fees in line with Scouty’s cancellation policy. Additional Notes: • Smoking, alcohol, and pets are not permitted in the studio. • Any special equipment or requirements must be approved prior to booking.
