We're a working shoot house, so we keep things simple. Please protect our original lime-washed floors from kit and cases, keep tape and fixings off the walls and panelling, and return furniture to position at wrap — photograph rooms before moving things. Shoes off or covered upstairs. Maximum crew of 12, shoot hours 9am–6pm with early access and overtime by arrangement. The kitchen is a genuine working kitchen and can be cooked in for food shoots; catering in the designated area, please. We ask for a public liability insurance certificate ahead of the day, quiet load-ins out of consideration for our lovely neighbours, and no smoking or vaping anywhere including the garden. Our friendly cocker spaniel is available on camera by request and happily kept off set otherwise — do flag any allergies. Our prop collection and pieces from The Small Home are available to feature by arrangement; we just ask that nothing leaves the house.
