Versatile Downtown LA Studio – Perfect for Productions & Intimate Events

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following guidelines: General Rules: All bookings must include setup and breakdown time. No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio. No excessive noise or disruptive behavior—please respect neighboring spaces. No unauthorized guests beyond the booked capacity. No illegal activities or hazardous materials allowed. Keep the space clean and return furniture/props to their original place. Equipment & Props: Included equipment must be used with care and returned in working condition. Any damage to equipment, furniture, or studio property will incur a replacement or repair fee. Food & Beverage: Outside food and drinks are welcome, but please clean up after use. Alcohol may only be served with prior approval and proper permits (if required). Parking & Entry: Two hours of free parking are available in the lot; additional time may require payment. Load-in/load-out must be coordinated to avoid blocking other vehicles or access points. Cancellation & Overtime: Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as per platform guidelines. Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate and subject to availability. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional fees or termination of your session. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
