• Booking Time Includes Setup & Pack Down – Please ensure your booking covers all the time needed, as overtime may be charged. • Leave the Studio as You Found It – Any damages or excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee. • No Smoking or Open Flames – This includes candles, incense, and fog machines. • Respect the Equipment – All provided equipment must be handled with care. If anything gets damaged, please report it immediately. • No Excessive Noise – Keep noise levels reasonable, as this is a shared building. • Guests & Crew – Please inform us in advance of the number of people attending your shoot. Large productions may require additional arrangements. • Food & Drinks – Allowed, but please be mindful and clean up after use. No food or drinks on the photography set area. • Cancellations & Rescheduling – Follow the platform’s cancellation policy.
