Respect the Space: Please treat the studio and its equipment with care. Any damages to furniture, equipment, or facilities will be charged to the guest. You MUST wear shoe covers in the studio. Booking Hours: Your booking includes setup and teardown time. Kindly vacate the premises on time to avoid additional overtime fees. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio. No Open Flames: Candles, matches, or any open flames are not allowed for safety reasons. Tidy Up After Use: Please leave the studio as you found it. A cleaning fee will apply if the space is left excessively dirty or cluttered. Waste Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the provided bins. Equipment Use: All provided lighting, tripods, and furniture must remain in the studio and be used as intended. Notify us immediately if any equipment malfunctions. Rearranging Furniture: Feel free to move furniture to suit your needs, but return everything to its original position before leaving. Access Details: The studio is remotely accessed, and you will receive entry instructions 3 hours before your booking. Do not share access details with unauthorised individuals. Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed only with prior approval. Pets are not allowed. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including the use of drugs, are strictly prohibited. Overtime Fee: Additional time beyond the booking period will incur automatic overtime fees. Damage Charges: Any damage to the space or equipment will result in repair or replacement costs which will be up to the directors to decide. An automatic charge may be applied to the card on file and the client will be notified. Guest Limit: Guest will need to be accounted for and an additional fee will apply per guest Food and Drinks: Guests are welcome to bring their food and drinks but must clean up afterward. No alcohol is allowed. By booking the space, you agree to comply with these rules. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the booking, or being banned from future bookings. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you!
