Please ensure you leave everything in the condition in which it was given to you. • The design of the studio is intended for the space to be interchangeable. When you arrive the furniture will be placed in a standard way and equipment set up to that specific design. You can move things around to the way you want and we will happily assist you. However please do not drag any furniture on the floor. If you need help lifting things, please ask one of the team on site. Please ensure you add any add-ons are added at the time of booking. This will prevent any disappointments on the day and ensure we are fully prepared for when you arrive. • You can have a maximum of 10 people at the studio at any time (excluding photographer/videographer, MUA’s, Hair stylist both internal and external), for no extra cost. If you believe you will need to accommodate more people, please let us know in advance by emailing or whatsapping us. An extra charge of £30 will be incurred if things are not cleaned at the end of your booking. We may have a booking straight after yours and ask that you tidy any mess and throw away any rubbish before you leave. Please respect the time you have booked for and ensure you leave on time as we may have other bookings straight after yours. Failure to do so will incur a £35 charge. If you are longer than 30 minutes, we will charge an extra £60 for inconvenience. If you require to use our add-on services, please ensure you book at least 24 hours in advance. Our team will have their own schedules and operate on rotation based on bookings. We will not be able to accommodate any add-on requests on the day. Smoking and drug use of any kind is not permitted on in the studios or in the communal areas of the building. This includes Vapes. For Safety and security, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the studio without supervision. Please ensure that all children are supervised at all times. Please be respectful of our Team and the other businesses within the building. If there is a failure to comply with this, we will ask you to leave and will retain the payment as compensation. Any damage to our furniture or equipment will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement. If the Item needs to be replaced and causes an inconvenience to future bookings, an addition £250 charge will be added to cover the inconvenience. All studio hire is paid in full when booked. • If you would like a specific set up, please let us know in advance of your booking, to prevent delays to your shoot or filming time. • Your allocated time is your allocated time. Please be mindful of this when coordinating getting ready and tidying up. If you decide on the day that you would like to extend your booking, we will do our best to accommodate this at the standard rate of £75 per hour, to be paid on the day. This can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. Please contact us on the number provided in your confirmation email or if this is decided on the day, then please approach a member of staff.
