Security: For your safety, we have cameras installed in the studio, if privacy is needed, these can be turned off/away upon request. Damages: Any items found damaged during your booking will incur an automatic charge to cover the replacement cost of the item. End-of-Booking Inspection: Our studio assistants will conduct a brief inspection of the space during the last 10 minutes of your booking to ensure everything is returned to its original state. Please ensure that any furniture or props are placed back in their initial positions, and that any waste is properly disposed of in the designated bins. Handling Furniture: When moving furniture, please lift items instead of dragging them to avoid damage to the floors and furniture. If you need assistance, our team is here to help—just ask before making any changes. Room Checks: Our team may conduct checks during your booking if there are reports of loud noises, abrupt movement of furniture, or any suspected rule violations. They will always knock before entering and provide a warning if necessary. No Outdoor Shoes: Please help us keep the studio clean by avoiding outdoor shoes inside. We kindly ask that you do not step on furniture or rugs with outdoor or dirty shoes. For your convenience, we kindly request that you bring a clean pair of indoor shoes when entering the studio. Cleanliness: If the space is found to be messy during an inspection, you may be asked to pause your session to tidy up. Failure to leave the space in a clean state by the end of your booking may result in a £100 cleaning fee.
