Lifestyle Content Studio in East London – Minimal, with Bathtub

1. Booking & Access Bookings must include set-up and pack-down time within the reserved slot. Early access or late departure may incur additional charges. Only the named hirer and approved guests/crew are permitted entry. The main business centre entrance must not be blocked or used for loading without prior agreement. 2. Conduct & Behaviour Please respect other tenants and keep noise to a minimum in shared corridors and common areas. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances anywhere on the premises. No parties, gatherings, or live audiences unless pre-approved in writing. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. 3. Studio Care & Use Handle all furniture, props, and equipment with care. Do not move large fixtures (e.g. shelving units or arches) without prior approval. Water use in the bathtub is permitted for photo/video production only. Please ensure no flooding or spillage occurs. Bush grey limewash walls are decorative — do not stick, tape, or mark them. Return all furniture and props to their original position at the end of your session. 4. Equipment & Lighting Two continuous lights are included in your booking — please switch them off after use. Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to studio management. External lighting or large electrical rigs must be approved prior to use. 5. Health & Safety Keep all fire exits and walkways clear. No open flames, candles, smoke machines, or pyrotechnics are permitted without written consent. The hirer is responsible for the safety of their team, models, and guests during the booking. 6. Clean-Up & Waste The studio must be left in the same clean condition as it was found. Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins — do not leave waste in common areas. Additional cleaning fees may apply for spills, paint, glitter, water damage, or excessive mess. 7. Damages & Liability The hirer assumes full responsibility for any damage to the studio, equipment, or business centre property caused during their booking. 8. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time may be subject to full payment. We allow flexible rescheduling where possible — please contact us in advance. 9. Filming & Photography in Common Areas Filming or photography in hallways, entrances, or other business centre areas requires prior permission. Please ensure no disruption to other businesses operating within the premises. 10. Breach of Rules Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your session without refund and may affect future bookings
