Homely place with a few quirks, nice lighting, and everyone says it has a nice energy, 1st floor spacious 2 bed flat with one bedroom in the attic. Probably more suited to photo shoots than filing as its first floor. Am very relaxed home owner, so you happy for you to shift furniture around and make the space your own, paint etc within reason!
