Additional Terms
No smoking or vaping inside the property. Protective floor and wall coverings must be used for heavy equipment. Furniture and décor can be moved, but must be returned to its original position after the shoot. Any wall hangings, fixtures, or fittings may only be removed with prior consent. Respect the residential neighbourhood — noise to be kept to a reasonable level, especially outdoors. Street parking is available; please be mindful of neighbours’ access. Overtime is possible by prior agreement and may be charged additionally. Rubbish and catering waste must be removed at the end of the hire. Overnight storage of equipment by prior agreement only.
