Vehicles must enter one way Mattison Rd by 8am on weekdays as we are a school street from 8:15-9:15am, and then again from 3pm-2:45pm. Parking is usually easy, spaces near to the house almost always available. During term time weekdays latest wrap time (so everything/everyone out) must be 8pm. An exception could be made in certain circumstances so please ask. Modifications such as changing or hanging wall art is fine, moving furniture is also fine provided it is returned to it's place afterwards. We do not want productions which are 18+ in nature. Our home offfice at the top of the house is out of bounds. A big benefit is that we are actually filmmakers ourselves and run Dabornville (www.dabornville.com) so we totally understand what is required from a location for a successful shoot. We have the added benefit of being able to offer lighting hire with the house from our Dabornville kit. We could even offer a pre-light service.
