We allow a maximum of 20 people, larger teams must be discussed in advance and an extra insurance policy or a fully refundable damage deposit to be agreed • Overnights & Shoot-and-Stays: Available upon request. • Use of Property: Includes all pictured areas and amenities. • Strict quiet hours outside 9PM - 7AM. Please park all your vehicles on our driveway to avoid overcrowding the street. If you don’t have enough space, on our driveway, please ask one of our managers to help you or give you directions where to park. Please do take care not to overcrowd our street with cars and park on neighbouring streets, if necessary. There is a large driveway in front of our garage and an electric lockable wooden gate. Please call one of our managers when you arrive and we will assist you. —- The Ridge London House Rules To keep things smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: 1. Under 18s: Must be declared before arrival and accompanied by a chaperone. 2. Timing: • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early. • Sessions finish on time, even if you arrive late, unless agreed and arranged, depending on availability.. 3. Extra Time: • Must be requested at least 1 hour before your session ends and is subject to availability. • Unauthorised overtime will be charged at 3x the normal rate, rounded up to 30 mins. 4. Noise: • Please keep noise to a minimum when entering/leaving. • Music is allowed, please keep quiet hours 9PM-7AM. No amplified music or announcements outside during the quiet hours.. During quiet hours quiet intimate music inside the house behind closed doors and windows is ok. • Please no loitering outside, or on the street during quiet hours. 5. Filming: • All spaces available 6. Hot Tub: • Shower before use. • No oils. • Bring your own towels or it is possible to rent towels from us.
